Falline Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

To start a return, contact us at fallinesocial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors on our part.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges: o request an exchange, contact us at fallinesocial@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead. Send the original item back to us, and once we receive and verify it is in perfect condition, we will ship the requested replacement to you.
