Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 3 business days of payment confirmation.

Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands) Shipping is free on all orders. Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days.

Europe A flat shipping fee of €5 applies to all orders. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on the destination country.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla Shipments to these areas may have additional delivery times and be subject to customs procedures.

Falline is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment at all times.
